Mission Action Days (MADs) are held throughout the year by Lasallian Schools in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea to raise funds for our projects throughout the Asia Pacific.

In 2007, an incredible total of $146,000 was raised by the De La Salle and associated schools. St Michael's Henley Beach in South Australia earned the title of top fundraising school for 2007. They have just launched MAD activities for 2008.

In 2006, DeLaSalle Malvern's MAD activities lead to a total of $71,001.12 promised or pledged for the annual Walkathon. The amount collected was $66,971.50, a return rate of 96.1%. Fantastic! Year 7 boys collected on their own $12,927.15, the highest of any class and a return rate of 99%. Year 11 and 12 raised $8,440 and $10,500 respectively with a return rate of 96% and 93%.
